MARCO CEFALONI
Marco is the president of MagDev Construction. Prior to being president, Marco owned and operated several companies in the construction field for the last 20 years. He began his career in the landscape industry and quickly expanded into the renovation and construction market as a fully licensed general contractor.
Marco has over 20 years of experience as a general contractor in and around Montreal. His scope of work includes several million-dollar projects in the Old Port of Montreal, commercial builds and renovations, high end home renovations as well as multiplex construction. His unique relationships with sub trades, architects, engineers and suppliers is what sets him apart from the competition.

Apart from the major projects, MagDev has a dedicated division for real estate apartment optimization. Marco’s team are experts at salvaging the structure of old buildings, while enhancing the unit to today’s modern standards of living. With an aging building infrastructure in Montreal, this specialized team is essential for success in this market.

JULIEN CEFALONI
Julien is our project manager in the Construction division. He has a bachelor degree is construction engineering and obtained his CEP in 2019, and is currently finalizing his Civil Engineering title.
Julien has over 5 years of experience in project management and estimation in the construction industry. He managed projects with major developers all across Canada. These projects consisted of commercial renovations, retail store renovations, home extensions and multi family constructions.
Julien brings an innovative and dynamic approach to the team. Julien is a valuable asset in the coordination of major projects, bringing together architect, engineers, subtrades and suppliers. Julien manages all projects progression as well as insuring that the budgets and timelines are respected.
